Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Hours: 32HRS – Flexibility Required: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our team to success.
Role: As a key member of our Retail Team, you'll provide essential support and leadership in the absence of senior management. From inspiring our dedicated staff to ensuring seamless store operations, your role will be crucial in upholding our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Elevate our store's visual appeal through creative and strategic merchandising techniques.
  • Delight customers with exceptional service, building lasting relationships and loyalty.
  • Efficiently manage Point of Sale systems, ensuring smooth transactions and accurate inventory management.
  • Act as a trusted Key Holder, maintaining security protocols and overseeing opening and closing procedures.
  • Share your expertise by training and mentoring new team members, ensuring they uphold our high standards.
Essential Criteria: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in customer-facing retail environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Proven track record in visual merchandising, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Love fashion and have a keen awareness of current trends, enabling you to inspire both customers and colleagues alike.
  • Confidence in your leadership abilities, with at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, motivating and guiding your team to achieve targets.
